Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CONTOUR & KIN. We take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship of our handmade leather bags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale or customized/personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (such as a defective or damaged product upon arrival), CONTOUR & KIN will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

4. Exchanges
