1-Year Warranty

Every CONTOUR & KIN bag includes a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We are here to help if a manufacturing issue appears, including after the 30-day change-of-mind return window.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in the materials or workmanship of your bag that arise under normal use during the first year after delivery.
Our bags are handcrafted using genuine leather. Small natural variations in grain, colour, stitching and finish can be part of the material and making process. These variations do not affect your right to report an actual defect or an item that differs materially from its description.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and the natural patina that develops with use.
- Accidental damage, misuse or improper care.
- Soaking or damage caused by an unauthorised alteration.
A water-resistant finish does not make a bag waterproof. Please avoid soaking your bag and follow the care guidance supplied with your product. These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility for a manufacturing defect.
How to Request Warranty Assistance
Email service@contourkin.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem and when you noticed it.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
Please contact us before sending a bag back. If a return is needed, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions by email. Do not send an item to the address on your parcel unless we have confirmed it as the return address.
How We Will Help
We will assess the issue and advise on an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, taking account of the problem and your applicable consumer rights.
If the item needs to be returned, contact us before purchasing a shipping label. The arrangements for defective items and return shipping are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
Warranty and Change-of-Mind Returns
The 1-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
Your Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Nothing on this page removes a statutory right to a remedy for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item.
