You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price you paid, subject to the conditions below.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• Contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in the condition in which it arrived, with its tags, accessories and original packaging.
• Provide your order number or another proof of purchase.
• Obtain return instructions before sending the item back.

Please handle the bag carefully when checking its suitability. Genuine Leather and hand-finished details may show small natural variations in grain, colour or stitching. These variations do not affect your right to report an actual defect or an item that differs materially from its description.

How to Start a Return

Email service@contourkin.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and a brief explanation. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send a return to the address on your parcel unless we have confirmed it as the return address.

After receiving authorisation, follow the instructions provided and keep your postage receipt and tracking number until the return is complete.

Return Shipping & Return Location

• Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable return customs charges.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping. Contact us before buying a shipping label.
• Return address: Email service@contourkin.com to obtain the correct return address and instructions before sending your item. Please do not send a return before receiving those instructions.
• Tracking: We strongly recommend a tracked service and suitable protective packaging. Keep proof of dispatch in case the return needs to be investigated.

Standard outbound shipping is free. We do not deduct an outbound standard shipping charge from an approved refund.

Exchange Policy

If you would prefer another colour or style, contact us within the 30-day return window. We will confirm the available options before you send anything back.

The original item must meet the return conditions and be received and inspected before an exchange can be approved. Where a direct exchange is not available, we may ask you to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style.

Change-of-mind return postage is the customer's responsibility. Any price difference or additional cost will be explained before you agree to proceed. If you received the wrong item or a defective item, we will help put it right at no additional cost for the necessary return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved:

• The refund will cover the eligible product price actually paid, after any discount.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

If your refund has not appeared after the stated processing period, check with your payment provider and contact service@contourkin.com. We will help you trace its status.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know promptly if something is wrong. Keep the packaging and send photos of the item, the issue and the shipping label so we can assess the situation.

Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, we will help arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. You do not need to pay change-of-mind return costs for a confirmed issue caused by us.

1-Year Warranty

Our bags include a 1-year warranty from the delivery date covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This support continues after the 30-day change-of-mind return window.

To request warranty assistance, email your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos to service@contourkin.com. We will assess the issue and advise on an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, natural patina, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, soaking or damage caused by an unauthorised alteration. A water-resistant finish does not make a bag waterproof. These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility for a manufacturing defect.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalised or custom-made items, and products clearly marked as final sale when purchased are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Being handcrafted does not, by itself, make a standard bag a personalised or custom-made item. If you are unsure about an item's return eligibility, please contact us before ordering.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment is underway. An order that has already shipped can be considered under the return conditions above.
